FORMS AND PAYMENT
Below are the initial required forms to sign up with the team (the Parent Packet is forthcoming). Please complete them and mail the registration, copy of the birth certificate, waiver and consent form and payment to:

Make all checks out to the Running Warriors or the SCVAA. If your child was part of our track team (SCE), a birth certificate is on file. If you would like to pay online, please click on the following link to go to our PayPal account on our track web site – Track web site – and scroll down to the “Buy Now” PayPal button to make a payment there.
